Refund Policy

I sell consulting – time and thinking, not products off a shelf – so refunds work differently than in a store. Here's the honest version of how I handle money when things change.
Consulting sessions
Cancel or reschedule a booked session at least 24 hours ahead and you get a full refund or a new slot, your choice. Sessions cancelled inside 24 hours, or missed, are charged – the time was held for you.
Audits and one-time projects
If you cancel before work begins, you receive a full refund. Once work has started, fees are earned as the milestones defined in your agreement are delivered – anything paid beyond delivered milestones is refunded.
Monthly advisory retainers
A retainer covers the month in which I'm engaged and working, so a month in progress isn't refundable. Cancelling ahead of a new month means you aren't billed for it – exit terms and notice periods are set in your agreement.
Ad spend
Media budgets are paid by you directly to the ad platforms and are governed by their terms, not mine. I never mark up ad spend, and unused platform budgets remain yours.
Performance guarantee remedies
Fee credits or exits under the Performance Guarantee are applied as described at Performance Guarantee and in your agreement.
How to request a refund
Email neeraj@neerajjivnani.com with your booking or agreement reference. I respond within 5 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 14.
