Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These terms govern your use of neerajjivnani.com, the newsletter, and – at a high level – how consulting with me works. Specific engagements are always governed by a written agreement signed by both sides; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
Using this website
The articles and pages on this site are provided for general information. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use its content to impersonate me or any of the contributors who write here.
The newsletter
Subscribing is opt-in, free, and cancellable any time using the unsubscribe link in every email. I may change what the newsletter covers or how often it goes out; I won't hand your address to anyone else.
Consulting engagements
An enquiry or a first conversation is non-binding for both sides. An engagement begins only when a written agreement covering scope, fees, targets, and term is signed.
Intellectual property
The Neeraj Jivnani name, the site design, and the articles published here belong to me or to the contributors credited in each byline. You're welcome to quote short excerpts with a link back; republishing whole articles needs written permission. Work product created for consulting clients is owned as set out in the client agreement – my default is that paid-for deliverables belong to the client on payment.
Payment
Consulting fees, invoicing schedules, and payment terms are set in each agreement. Refund terms are published at Refund Policy.
No guarantees of specific outcomes
Marketing involves platforms, algorithms, and markets nobody controls. I commit to targets in writing where we agree them – but nothing on this website is a promise of specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outside a signed agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
